Okoma (maker). The pouch has reindeer hair embroidery on front side; de-haired seal; double seam welting of white/pink seal hide; edging either side of twisted hide tacked down; curvilinear designs of white reindeer hair, and green and red wool. The flap is edged in pink leather. The surface is bleached seal with seed stars, leaves; reverse side of the same piece of hide is covered with floral designs; red, pink, yellow, green, blue, silver beads; lined with cotton cloth with a light floral print. The brown button is of commercial manufacture sewn on surface; flap has a button hole with black thread stitching; handle is brown de-haired hide edged in white hide and the reverse is white hide edged in pink. This side has a four lobed "flower" of red and iridescent silver/blue beads while the reverse has a curvilinear design of reindeer hair embroidery with white edging. The bag stitching is done in sinew and thread while beads are sewn on with thread. The piece is in good condition and is a fine example of this type of work.
