Description	Design by Brown & Root of Houston and built at American Pipe and Construction Company at Vancouver, Wash., shipyards, the Trading Bay platform was towed to its permanent location in Cook Inlet, Alaska, for completion. The rugged jacket section was specially designed to withstand grinding force of ice masses moved by rapid-flowing, 30-foot tides.
