CHAPTER 2.
AN ACT

Making appropriation for support of schools in districts outside
of incorporated towns, or incorporated school districts, for
the period ending March 31, 1925; and declaring an emer-
gency.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Territory of Alaska:

Section 1. That the sum of Two Thousand ($2,-
000.00) Dollars is hereby appropriated from the Gen-
eral Fund of the Territory for the support of schools
of in districts outside of incorporated towns, or incorpor-
ated school districts, for the period ending March 31,
1925. This is supplementary to and in addition to the
amount appropriated for like purpose by Chapter 96,
Session Laws of Alaska, 1923, approved May 4th, 1923.

Emergency.
Section 2. An emergency is hereby declared to exist
and this Act shall be in full force and effect on and
after its passage and approval.
