This plane is the same plane seen in UAF-2006-102-25, UAF-2006-102-38, & UAF-2006-102-40, where the markings are clearly "CCCP-177" [i.e., SSSR-177]. The plane is on skis. Trees are visible in the background . Charles Mac Kay has identified the model and manufacturer of many aircraft on our website he has identified this plane as a a Junkers W33 PS-3.
