Caption reads : "Wreck of the Canadian Bank of Commerce at Skaguay Alaska , bu a man whose name was unknown & unknown there himself , he asked the cashier Mr . Pooley standing at right for $20,000 quick just as the bank was closing at 3 P.M . holding a stick of giant powder in one hand and a pistol in the other , by some mistake the pistol went off to soon and then the giant powder the hold up man was blowed to pieces , but the two bank men & a dog was uninjured .
