Description	Title from caption: "Franklin tram Rte. [11F / I1F] Fbks. Dist. 4-9-39". One end of a tram for crossing a river. Visible are the frame, the cables, and the tram car. Annual Reports of the Alaska Road Commission indicate that Route 11F ran from Jack Wade to Chicken. The only Franklin Creek nearby is to the north of Chicken near what Google Maps identifies as a "Tractor trail" that is a spur off of the Taylor Highway.
